2. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after payment confirmation. Processing time does not include shipping transit time.
- Custom-made or made-to-order products (e.g., personalized fur coats) may require additional processing time (7–14 business days), which will be specified on the product page.
- During peak seasons (e.g., holidays, sales events), processing time may be extended by 1–2 business days—we recommend placing orders in advance for time-sensitive gifting.
3. Shipping Methods & Transit Times

5. Fur Product Shipping Special Care
- Luxury fur items are packaged in protective dust bags and sturdy boxes to prevent damage during transit.

- High-value fur items may require signature confirmation upon delivery—you will be notified if this applies to your order.
6. International Shipping & Customs
- International customers are responsible for paying all customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by their country’s government. These fees are not included in the order total or shipping cost.

7. Delivery & Inspection
- A signature may be required for delivery of high-value items (orders over $500) or expedited shipments. If no one is available to sign, the carrier will leave a delivery notice or attempt redelivery.
- You must inspect the package and products immediately upon receipt. Report any damage, missing items, or discrepancies within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our customer service team (see Section 9) with photos of the package, damaged items, and order details.
- Risk of loss or damage to products passes to you upon delivery. We are not liable for items lost or damaged after delivery.
