By placing an order, you agree to comply with the terms outlined below. We strive to ensure your satisfaction, and our refund process is designed to be fair and transparent.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

To qualify for a refund, exchange, or store credit, the following conditions must be met:
 
  • Return Window: Requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery. Items returned after this period will not be accepted.
  • Product Condition: Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition—including all tags, packaging, and accessories (e.g., fur care booklets, dust bags for fur products). Fur items must show no signs of damage, staining, or alteration; women’s apparel must not have been washed, tailored, or worn beyond try-on.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid order confirmation, receipt, or invoice must be provided with the return.

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-returnable:
 
  • Custom-made or personalized products (e.g., made-to-order fur coats with specific sizing/color requests).
  • Final sale items (clearly marked “Sale” or “Final Sale” on the product page, including discounted women’s dresses and fur accessories).
  • Items damaged due to improper care, negligence, or normal wear and tear.

3. Return and Refund Process

  1. Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at service@aeknd.com to request a return authorization (RA) number. Include your order number, product details, and reason for return.

  3. Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees, unless the return is due to a defect, incorrect product, or error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not liable for lost or damaged return packages.
  4. Inspection and Processing: Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item(s) within 5–7 business days to verify eligibility. If approved, we will process your refund, exchange, or store credit within 3–5 business days.
  5. Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution.

4. Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product (e.g., wrong size, color, or item), please contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery. Provide photos of the product and packaging, along with your order details. We will cover all return shipping costs and offer a full refund, exchange for the correct item, or store credit—at your discretion.

5. Fur Product Special Considerations

Fur products (coats, jackets, vests) are inspected for quality and authenticity before shipment. Returns of fur items are subject to additional quality checks to ensure no damage to the pelts, linings, or hardware. Any fur item deemed altered, improperly stored, or damaged due to neglect will be rejected for return.

6. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement, provided the item has not yet been processed or shipped. To cancel an order, contact us immediately at service@aeknd.com with your order number. If the order has already shipped, you must follow the return process outlined in Section 3.
